Secure Your Screening Rights – Confirm your official license and DCP to bring BALANCE to the big screen.

Select the Right Venue – Choose a theater equipped with quality projection and sound to give your audience a cinematic experience.

Set the Date & Atmosphere – Plan your event timeline and create an inviting environment that makes people feel welcome.

Promote Your Screening – Share your event through social media, community networks, and local press to gather your audience.

Host with Purpose – Guide the screening and optionally invite experts or community leaders for a post-film panel discussion to deepen the conversation.

Screening License

About the License

Hosting a BALANCE Theater Screening involves a license fee of $250 and a DCP fee of $100. The license fee secures your official right to show the film, while the DCP fee covers the creation of a Digital Cinema Package (DCP)—the professional, high-quality format required by theaters for projection. Producing a DCP involves specialized formatting and technical preparation to ensure the film looks and sounds its best on the big screen.

These fees not only guarantee a seamless cinematic experience for your audience but also support the filmmakers and the mission of BALANCE to educate, inspire, and spark meaningful conversation about women’s health.
